4. Orders & Payments

• Orders may be placed through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or social media platforms.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for small purchases only.

• Bulk orders, office projects, and institutional orders may require partial or full advance payment.

• Alif Metal reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

• In case of order cancellation by the customer after confirmation, any advance payment may be non-refundable.

5. Delivery Policy

• We provide home delivery across Bangladesh.

• Estimated delivery times are shared at the time of order confirmation and may vary due to product availability, order volume, or location.

• Delivery charges are applicable and will be communicated before final confirmation.

• Alif Metal is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Warranty Policy

Alif Metal offers a 2-Year Parts Replacement Warranty on selected chair components.

Covered Parts:

• Mechanism

• Gas Lift

• Base

• Wheels

Not Covered:

• Fabric

• Seat Foam

• Chair Body

• Any physical or external damage

• Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper installation

• Normal wear and tear

Warranty Claim Process:

• Customers must send the damaged part to Alif Metal for inspection.

• Replacement will be provided only after verification and approval.

• All delivery, courier, and shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

Important Note:
Warranty does not apply to physical damage, improper usage, mishandling, or external impact.

7. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are only accepted for manufacturing defects reported within 3 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition with original packaging.

• Custom-made items, bulk orders, and project orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective.

• Delivery and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

8. Bulk Orders & Projects

• Special pricing, production schedules, and delivery terms apply to bulk or project-based orders.

• Advance payment may be required.

• Production and delivery timelines will be shared and agreed upon before order confirmation.

9. Limitation of Liability

Alif Metal shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Loss or damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or unauthorized modification of products.

• Delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
